Philosophy

Success in Powerlifting isn’t accidental. It’s the result of smart, structuredred training and accountability over time. My coaching is built around strengthening weakpoints and perfecting form.

Every program is individualized based on the lifter’s experience, movement patterns, recovery capacity, and goals. Training decisions are intentional, data-driven, and adjusted as the athlete progresses.

My coaching is backed by plenty of experience lifting and coaching at dozens of meets, and plenty of research from experts to back the programming

My approach prioritizes longevity, technical perfection, and high totals— so athletes can train hard, compete often, and continue improving year after year.
